I loved the location, which was extremely excellent!! They had a mini-mall on the ground floor with a McDonald's, along with the hotel apartment's restaurant. The gas station was only a 1-2 minute walk, and the train was about a 3-5 minute walk if that. 10-15 minutes from the airport. There is a football/soccer field next to the residence. With everything so close, it is still peaceful in the rooms!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Al Bustam always delivers above expectations. I have been staying there every time when I visit Dubai. Excellent location with metro connection and a shopping mall in the building. What stands out is the staff. They go out of their way to make guests happy. As usual, I had an exceptional stay this time. Majid, the manager and Nirmal, Siddik, and the rest of the staff were amazing, and I could not praise them more. I always recommend this gem of a place to my friends, and they are equally happy. Will be back soon. We'll done Team Al Bustan

Clean, quite, great staff especially reception staff ( Fade, Mahmoud and Nirmal), also very friendly waitress (Nipuni) , and dedicated housekeeping staff(Narayan and Sunny). Actually amazing staff. I always book my staff at this residence. Thanks for all and especially their hospitality. Raed

We are staying there not the first tome and good thing is that despite of the time going keeping its hood sides, good location, grocery shop, pharmacy, food court, parking, metro station nearby, transfer to the beach, affordable prices for stay you can always count on it there

Great place. Because of the rains our building in Dubai didn't have Power and Water. So we rushed there for emergency at the last moment. If you can still refund some money would be great. My wife and I git married in 2013 same venue. Fadi and Adam at the reception were great. Good customer service.

The staff was very kind and always helpful. They tolerated cultural diversity to the greatest challenge. As we had our family wedding at the place they were around us and very supportive in every way possible. On arrival on the 21st at about 730am, we were booked in earlier than normal by this "nice, giant,smart youngish" gentleman and we had the privilege of sleeping and taking bath. He is the same that signed us out on the 24th. We very much appreciate the place and the smiling staff on duty during our short visit. I think the name of the men on duty was Dave something

Clean , good for a family. The staff are so nice. The two room apartments are spacious. Supermarket is within and car parking is available. I would like to appreciate all the staff especially the night manager Mohammed , Adam, Zaid, Fadi.

Very close to the Metro Station and Taxis are available just outside. Room is also good, just needed a big table to keep small meetings. Breakfast please include few more indian items like ( Idly, Dosa etc). The poratta was horrible.
